Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Lauri A. Passeri DMD PC does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card. We are In Network with United Concordia Dental, Delta Premiere,Blue Cross Dental, and Met Life Dental.

The practice charges a cancellation fee if we are not notified within 36 hours or if the patient does not show for the appointment. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
